MEMBERSHIP

 

Membership Application

CREW-Baltimore is an organization of commercial real estate professionals interested in furthering their professional development and establishing contacts with people involved in various aspects of commercial real estate in the Baltimore Metropolitan Area.

CREW-Baltimore achieves these goals by having prominent speakers at its general meetings, by holding special seminars and networking sessions, and by maintaining a diverse membership that represents different disciplines within the commercial real estate profession.

CREW-Baltimore welcomes new members who are interested in professional development and want to participate in CREW-Baltimore committees and programs.

 

MEMBERSHIP ELIGIBILITY

 

Any person engaged full-time in commercial real estate or a related field for at least two (2) years.

 

MEMBERSHIP QUALIFICATION

 

Prospective applicants must attend one open meeting within a 12-month period and be sponsored by one CREW member. Members are also encouraged to joinwomanone or more of the standing committees.

 

2009 ANNUAL DUES

 

$300 Active Member
Prorated Amounts:
$170 (after 7/1)

$140 (after 10/1)

$150 Civic Member

$150 Retired Member

Dues paid to CREW-Baltimore are not deductible as charitable contributions for Federal income tax purposes, but may be deductible as business expenses.
