Membership Application
CREW-Baltimore’s mission is to promote the business interests and professional advancement of women in all disciplines of the commercial real estate industry, by providing educational and networking opportunities and contributing resources to support the local community.
CREW-Baltimore is an organization of both men and women in the real estate industry interested in furthering their professional development and establishing contacts with people involved in various aspects of commercial real estate in the Baltimore metropolitan area. CREW achieves these goals by having prominent speakers at its general meetings, by holding special seminars and networking sessions, and maintaining a diverse membership that represents different disciplines within the commercial real estate profession. We welcome new members who are interested in professional development and will participate in CREW-Baltimore committees and programs.
QUALIFICATIONs
Prospective applicants must attend one (1) open meeting within a twelve-month period, be sponsored by a CREW-Baltimore member, and be approved by the CREW-Baltimore Board of Directors.
Membership Categories:
ACTIVE – Four (4) or more years’ experience and employed full time in a professional position, the primary responsibilities of which are in a qualified field of commercial real estate.
ASSOCIATE – Less than four (4) years’ experience and employed full time in a professional position, the primary responsibilities of which are in a qualified field of commercial real estate.
ASSOCIATE STUDENT - Enrolled full time in an undergraduate college or university program and pursuing education intended to lead to a career in a commercial real estate field (At CREW-Baltimore’s discretion).
PUBLIC SECTOR - Involved in local or regional government, other public agencies, universities or other educational institutions or not-for-profit organizations
(At CREW-Baltimore’s discretion).

$190 (after 7/1) | $160 (after 10/1)

Public Sector / Student Memberships
Corporate Discount – where a company pays the dues for its employees, the first 4 employees pay the full dues (based on their membership class); the 5th-10th members pay a discount (additional discount for more than 11 employees). Please contact Joshua Lyons (joshual@crewnetwork.org) for details.
Dues paid to CREW-Baltimore are not deductible as charitable contributions for Federal income tax purposes, but may be deductible as business expenses.
