CREW MENTORING PROGRAM
We, as CREW members, have the unique opportunity to assist the University of Baltimore Real Estate students in becoming more experienced and more educated graduates. Now is your chance to volunteer to become a Mentor for this school year to one of this year’s hard-working real estate students!
BE A MENTOR
Commit time to a student
To shadow you at least once a month to learn about your business and put some of what the learned to practical use for you
To attend meetings and/or networking events with you in your area of expertise
PREPARATION
Work with us in September to outline what should take place during the year to most richly benefit the students. We’ll develop a set of guidelines that will enhance the program and set minimum requirements for the students. The program must benefit both the professional and the student to succeed.
MATCH MAKING
Early in the semester, attend a meeting at the University of Baltimore where CREW will put on an expose’ of specialties. Describe your business and professional responsibilities and meet some of the students who may be interested in having you as a mentor. By the end of that evening, we hope to have made some headway in matching up students with professionals. During the following week, we will complete the placement of all students who have expressed interest or signed up to participate.
Let CREW Promote Your Successes Tell us about your member-to-member networking experiences, the role you played in closing that big deal, any transactions or business relationships that resulted from your CREW affiliation, and more. You have a story to tell and we want to hear it! Submit Member News
